The machine, explained

Seven stages. Each one has a number attached.

Nothing here is proprietary. It is just run the same way every week, by people who have run it a few hundred times. Consistency is the product.

Stage by stage.

Read this as the operating manual. Every stage has an owner, a target and a rejection reason set. If a stage misses target on a Tuesday, the drive on Saturday is resized rather than hoped over.

  1. Intake and floor briefing

Delivery lead sits with client ops for ninety minutes. We take seat count, induction date, shift band, CEFR floor, salary range, cab boundary, notice-period tolerance and the two things that got people rejected last quarter. No mandate opens without an induction date.

  2. Sourcing pods

Four channels run in parallel: referral incentives paid to current joiners, field sourcing at Sector 18 and Botanical Garden metro, job portals with a fresh JD per week, and undergraduate feeders in Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. Channel mix is logged so we know which one actually shows up on a Saturday.

  3. Four-minute tele-screen

Fixed script. Rotational nights yes or no. Home locality and route. Documents in hand. Current and expected CTC. Spoken English rated on a three-point call scale. Roughly two-thirds of registrations drop here, which is the point — a big drive is not a better drive.

  4. Drive day

Saturday, venue open 09:00, panels from 09:30. Registration desk, Versant or SVAR station, HR round, client panel. Thirty-one-item checklist covers everything down to power backup with facilities. We learned that one in June 2019 with 300 people in a room and no air conditioning for forty minutes.

  5. Offer docket

Offer goes out with the document set already collected: Aadhaar, PAN, UAN, last relieving letter, three months of salary slips, education proof. Address and employment BGV initiated the same day through the client's vendor or ours. Nothing waits for joining day.

  6. Offer-to-join engagement

Daily contact between offer and induction. Cab route confirmed, reporting time confirmed, a WhatsApp group per batch with the client trainer added on day minus two. Candidates in this market hold two or three offers. The one that starts soonest wins.

  7. Bench and day-30 review

Bench sized to your historical thirty-day drop-off, refreshed weekly, not parked. On day 30 we reconcile joined against retained and publish the variance. That variance drives the next mandate's over-hire percentage.

Rejection reasons we log

Every drop is coded. The codes get reviewed monthly and the sourcing mix moves accordingly.

Who does what

Pods, not generalists.

A recruiter who sources, screens, runs the panel and chases joining does all four badly at volume. We split the work and hold each desk to its own number.

What we ask of the client

Three things, and they are not negotiable if the eleven-day clock is going to hold.

  • Induction date locked before sourcing starts. Every week of drift costs roughly a fifth of the batch.
  • Panel availability on drive Saturday, or a Monday morning slot booked in advance.
  • A named ops contact who can approve salary fitment without a two-day escalation.

Where a client cannot lock the date, we still run the mandate — we just quote a wider joined-by window and a larger bench.

What we do not do

Being clear about this saves both sides a month.

  • Leadership search above manager grade. Different work, different firm.
  • Single-seat niche technical hiring. Our economics need volume.
  • Payroll or staffing on our books. We recruit; you employ.
  • CV-flinging without a screen. Every profile you see has been on a call with us.

Bring us a seat count and a date.

We will send back the sourcing mix, the drive Saturday, the bench size and the day the batch reports. One working day turnaround.
