Three sectors, one pipeline
The machine is the same. The floors are not.
A US collections floor and a quick-commerce chat desk both need bodies in seats on a Monday. Everything between the JD and the joining letter differs.
Pick your floor.
Each sector page carries the roles, shift bands, assessment floors, salary ranges and the specific things that break a batch in that sector. Read the one you are hiring for.
61% of volume
BPO & shared services
International and domestic voice, blended, non-voice back-office, GBS captives. Batches of 200 to 400. Night-shift heavy, BGV strict, CEFR floors at B2.
24% of volume
Retail & e-commerce
Chat and email support, order and returns desks, seller support, quick-commerce escalation queues. Festive ramps of 300+ in three weeks. Written English matters more than accent.
15% of volume
Telecom
Inbound service, retention and win-back, prepaid and postpaid queues, field-ops back-office. Hindi plus one regional language on most seats. High first-90-day churn.

Figures are our own twelve-month medians across Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad mandates. They are planning inputs, not guarantees, and we recalculate them every quarter.
What travels across all three.
Whatever the sector, five things decide whether the batch survives to day 30. We hold these constant.
- Transport boundary. Mapped against the client's cab routing before the offer, not after. Loni to a 6 AM shift does not work, regardless of how good the candidate is.
- Document docket. Aadhaar, PAN, UAN, relieving letter, three salary slips, education proof. Collected at shortlist.
- Locked induction date. Drift between offer and start costs roughly a fifth of the batch per week.
- Warm bench. Sized to the sector's day-90 attrition, refreshed weekly, contacted fortnightly so it stays warm.
- Reporting on joined. Offered counts are noise. The weekly deck leads with joined and day-30 retained.
Geography we recruit from
Five catchments, each with its own commute maths. We know which sectors of the client site each one can realistically reach for which shift.
- Noida — Sec 62, 63, 16, 125, 137Core
- Greater Noida — Knowledge Park, AlphaFresher feeder
- Ghaziabad — Vaishali, Indirapuram, VasundharaHigh volume
- East Delhi — Mayur Vihar, Laxmi NagarMetro-linked
- GurugramSelective, day shift only
Gurugram candidates are taken only for day-shift mandates. The Delhi–Gurugram commute at 03:00 is the single most reliable predictor of a fourth-week resignation we have.
Different floor, same eleven-day clock.
Send the seat count, the process type and the induction date. We will map it to the closest mandate we have run and quote from real numbers.
