Twelve-month medians, not best cases
Throughput, turnaround, batch size.
Every number below is a median across completed mandates in Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi and Gurugram. Nothing is a peak figure. We report on joined, not on offered.
Funnel
Fourteen sourced, one joined.
This is the whole business in one table. If you want 200 agents on a floor, we have to touch roughly three thousand profiles. Any client conversation that starts with "we only need fifty CVs" is a conversation about a different service.
| Stage | Volume | Conversion from previous | Cumulative from sourced |
|---|---|---|---|
| Profiles sourced | 2,860 | — | 100% |
| Reachable on phone | 1,920 | 67% | 67% |
| Passed tele-screen | 1,010 | 53% | 35% |
| Confirmed for drive | 690 | 68% | 24% |
| Attended drive | 418 | 61% | 15% |
| Cleared assessment | 247 | 59% | 8.6% |
| Client selected | 231 | 94% | 8.1% |
| Offers released | 231 | 100% | 8.1% |
| Joined on induction day | 217 | 94% | 7.6% |
| Retained at day 30 | 185 | 85% | 6.5% |
Drive attendance at 61% of confirmed is the single most volatile line. Rain, a competing drive at a nearby site and exam weekends each move it by ten points or more. Drives are oversized accordingly.
Turnaround
TAT by stage, in hours.
Turnaround is where volume hiring is actually won. A CV that sits unscreened for three days is a CV that has already accepted somewhere else.

How we count
A joiner is counted on the day they report for induction and complete day one. Not on offer acceptance. Not on a confirmed joining date. Reversals inside the first week are subtracted from the same week's number rather than carried forward.
Capacity
What we can absorb.
Capacity is bounded by drive halls, headsets and panel slots — not by CVs. These are the honest ceilings.
| Resource | Standing capacity | Surge capacity | Constraint |
|---|---|---|---|
| Walk-in drives | 4 / month | 7 / month | Saturday venue and panel availability |
| Drive footfall | 1,600 / month | 2,800 / month | Two halls, 20 headsets each |
| Tele-screens | 3,000 / month | 4,500 / month | Screening desk headcount |
| Offers released | 700 / month | 1,100 / month | Offer desk and BGV vendor throughput |
| Agents joined | 600 / month | 950 / month | Client induction slots |
| Concurrent mandates | 7 | 11 | Delivery leads available |
Surge capacity needs three weeks of notice and a second drive hall booked. It is not a standing state — we do not run at surge for more than six consecutive weeks.
Batch size, and why 200
Two hundred is the largest batch a single client trainer pool absorbs without splitting into parallel classrooms. Above that, induction quality falls and week-one drop-out rises by six to nine points. Larger ramps run as sequential 200s, one week apart.
Bench sizing
Bench is set at the sector's day-30 loss plus five points. BPO 15%, retail 18%, telecom 20%. The bench is called fortnightly. An uncalled bench is a list, not a bench, and converts at under thirty per cent.
Cost per joiner
We charge a flat per-joiner fee agreed at mandate intake, not a percentage of CTC. Volume mandates above 150 seats and standing backfill accounts carry a lower rate. Replacement window is 45 days on agent roles, 90 on team leader and above.

The twelve per cent of mandates that missed the clock all share one cause: the induction date moved after sourcing began. We publish that number rather than absorbing it, because it is the fastest way to get the next client to lock their date.
